MicroSystems Integration, Inc., (MSI), was founded to develop innovative solutions for our customers by providing the highest quality multi-disciplinary technical services. We collaborate with our customers to understand their business and problems. This approach provides us with opportunities to integrate people and technology into cost-effective and productive systems to meet business needs.

We are committed to our business for the long term, and know that our long-term success—as an organization and as individuals—is dependent on our commitment to successfully meet the needs of our customers. We are all responsible for identifying and solving problems as they arise. These problems represent our opportunities to apply our talents productively, grow as individuals, and succeed as a company.

MSI’s ability to serve our customers is based on the multi-faceted talents, experience, capabilities, and initiative of our people. Our success is based on always providing the highest quality service while developing cost-effective solutions that foster ongoing customer satisfaction. We are committed to developing an environment in which we can effectively apply our energy to maximize customer satisfaction, personal growth, and corporate success.  Specifically:

• We recognize that our customers understand their business better than we do. We do not promote "canned solutions" into which we force customers’ problems. Instead, we always work with our customers to understand their problems so that we can develop appropriate and cost-effective solutions that will meet their specific needs.
• We will maintain contact with our customers before, during, and after our contracts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to identify future opportunities to provide service.
• We believe that our value to our customers is enhanced by our ability to work together effectively as a multidisciplinary team focused on solving our customers’ problems. The specific roles for each member of the MSI team are determined by each customer's particular needs, not by predefined position descriptions.

MSI believes that long-term customer satisfaction is more important than short-term gains. Our responsibility to our customers includes defining the problem and finding a solution—even if we cannot provide that solution ourselves. If we cannot supply the best solution, we will refer that customer to an appropriate service provider who can.
